Partners for Change was founded in 2003 by Dave & Ellen Dukehart. During their successful careers with a major Financial Services Company as marketing and financial area executives they were also in charge of several large scale change projects, managing relationships with multiple consulting firms supporting the project work.
They later both worked for consulting companies engaged with large corporate clients to assist them with developing a clear vision, strategy and a plan to get there. They gained additional knowledge, experience and skills in strategy implementation, process and organizational redesign, and helped senior executives to lead and accelerate the change process to ensure meeting their business objectives.
A driving force in forming Partners for Change was to take their knowledge and expertise in these areas and apply them in the nonprofit arena. Their work with numerous nonprofits has focused on such things as visioning, business planning and execution, organizational design and board development – all focused on increasing the organizations' impact on those they serve. Currently, they both serve on the Board of Directors of four nonprofit organizations.
When they were introduced to TouchStone, they recognized its potential benefit and impact for both businesses and nonprofits. It is an affordable solution to address many of the issues and challenges that they face. Once implemented, TouchStone can provide organizations the capability to operate with the effectiveness, efficiency and controls of large corporations and franchises.
With the creation of the TouchStone Business System’s "Nonprofit Library" they now offer a solution for nonprofit organizations to help them improve their operations and increase their impact.
